Summer at Russian Village school is a perfect time to combine studies and rest. Learn in comfort, improve your Russian and enjoy our picturesque location. We plan beginning, elementary and advanced levels of study. [25.6.2009]   SESSION AUGUST 2-14 Dear friends! From 2-14 August you are welcome to improve our Russian at the Russian Village school. As usual we offer a week-end, a week-long and a two-week course for your choice. There are supposed to be two groups for a two-week session - for advanced and beginner levels. [01.6.2009]   SESSION JUNE 14-26 Dear friends, we are glad to announce a June session starting from the 14th. You are welcome to join us for two-week, one-week and week-end sessions in the period. We work now only two weeks per month and announce that the nearest two-week session is to start on Sunday evening, February 15 and to be over on Friday, February 27. [18.1.2008]   January 19, Baptism of the Lord Saint day of January 19, Baptism of the Lord, means cross procession with Great Blessing of Water outdoors.On Russian tradition this day the processions led by a Priest come to the lakes or rivers to bless the water, with votive diving in cross-shaped ice-holes. Russian people believe that with this sacred water we get absolution from sins and illnesses.
